Privacy notice

Ytutor (www.ytutor.net) is run by an independent tutor. This page explains what we store when you write a review or contact us.

Reviews

When you publish a review we store your first name, last name, school, course, rating, review text, the date, and a one-way scrambled code of your internet address (used only to stop spam). Publicly we show only your first name and the first letter of your last name, plus your school, course, rating and text.

Your full last name is never shown. Reviews can be deleted on request: send us a message on WhatsApp or email info@ytutor.net.

Contact

If you write to us on WhatsApp, by email (info@ytutor.net) or with the contact form, we use your message only to answer you and arrange lessons. Contact-form messages (your name, email and/or phone number, course and message) are stored privately on this website and are never shown publicly. To answer you quickly, a copy is sent as a private notification to our own email and WhatsApp. Ask us any time to delete them.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no advertising and no tracking. All fonts and images are hosted on this website itself; nothing is loaded from other companies.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data by sending us a message on WhatsApp.
